Wagtail is popular with families and dog owners as French windows lead from the sitting room on to a terrace and a sheltered,  enclosed garden.

The open plan living-room/kitchen has a welcoming wood-burner effect electric stove . Attractive cupboards in limed oak are fitted in the kitchenette area. There is a separate dining-room and a separate utility room with washing machine and w.c.

Upstairs are two attractively decorated bedrooms; the large double bedroom with cot and the second bedroom with twin beds  ( these link into a king size bed if required.) 

Bathroom with w.c., washbasin &  over bath shower.
