The open plan living-room/kitchen has a welcoming wood-burner effect electric stove and French windows leading on to a terrace surrounded by an attractive,  enclosed garden. The kitchen-area is fitted with cupboards in limed oak and supplemented by a utility-room housing more equipment. The lounge leads to a separate dining-room next door.

Upstairs are two attractively decorated bedrooms; the double bedroom is large enough to feature a pair of comfortable armchairs. The second bedroom has twin beds which link into a king size bed if required.
